Admissions at Dr. KJG Memorial Matriculation School are conducted in a transparent, merit-based, and student-friendly manner. We welcome learners who are eager to grow academically, emotionally, and socially in a caring school environment.
Admission Procedure
The admission process at Dr. KJG Memorial Matriculation School is designed to be simple, transparent, and parent-friendly, ensuring a smooth transition for every child into our learning environment.
1. Enquiry & Interaction
- Parents may visit the school office or contact the school for admission enquiries.
- Basic details about classes, facilities, and admission guidelines are provided during the enquiry.
2. Application Form
- Admission forms are available at the school office.
- The application form must be filled completely and submitted along with the required documents.
3. Screening / Interaction
- For Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG, a casual interaction with the child and parents is conducted.
- For Std I and above, students may undergo a short assessment or test, a personal interaction, and a parent interview.
- Admission is granted based on merit and availability of seats.
4. Confirmation of Admission
- Once selected, parents must confirm the admission by paying the prescribed fees within the given timeline.
5. Orientation
- Parents of newly admitted students will attend an orientation session covering school rules, uniform, timings, and academic expectations.
Eligibility
Pre-KG / LKG / UKG
- Children in the 4–7 years age group are eligible.
- Age criteria must match the prescribed norms at the time of admission.
Std I
- Must have completed UKG in a recognised school.
- Students seeking direct admission must undergo a small assessment.
Std II–Std X
Admission is based on:
- Previous school record
- Entrance test performance
- Interaction with the student and parents
- Availability of seats
Required Documents
Parents must submit the following documents during the admission process. All documents are subject to verification before admission confirmation.
Mandatory Documents
- Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
- Aadhar Card Copy of the student
- Transfer Certificate (TC) – applicable for Std II and above
- Previous Academic Record / Report Card
- Passport-size Photographs (Student – 4 copies, Parents – 2 copies each)
Optional / If Applicable
- Community Certificate
- Address Proof
- Medical Certificate (for students with specific medical conditions)
All documents submitted must be genuine, complete, and verified before the confirmation of admission.
Term Fee – Payment Schedule
Fees must be paid term-wise according to the schedule mentioned below:

Important Notes
- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Fees must be paid before the 10th of each term month.
- Late payments made after the 10th will attract a fine as per school rules.
- All dues must be cleared before issuing Transfer Certificates or report cards.
