Rules & Regulations
Dr. KJG Memorial Matriculation School follows a structured set of rules to maintain discipline, safety, respect, and academic excellence. All students are expected to follow the guidelines listed below to ensure a smooth, healthy, and productive learning environment.
General Rules & Regulations
- Students must attend school punctually and in complete, neat uniform.
- Only English should be spoken within the school premises to build fluency.
- All students must be present before the warning bell and assemble for morning prayer.
- Students must move in line, quietly and orderly, when going to classrooms, playgrounds, or other areas.
- When a teacher enters the classroom, students must stand up and greet with “Good Morning / Good Afternoon”.
- Shouting, running, or causing disturbance inside the school premises is not allowed.
- Classrooms and school surroundings must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Students participating in co-curricular activities must stay back after class hours as required.
- Students are not permitted to meet parents or leave the campus during school hours without permission.
- Leave letters must be submitted for all absences.
- Students with infectious illnesses must not attend school.
- Girl students should avoid wearing costly jewellery.
- Boys must maintain short, neat haircuts.
- Selling items or collecting donations within school premises is strictly prohibited.
- The school is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
- Scribbling on walls, furniture, or school property is strictly forbidden.
- Students must greet teachers politely inside and outside the school.
- Violation of rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal.
- Students are advised to bring healthy vegetarian meals when possible.
