Important Rules
A) Admission & Withdrawal
- New admissions require the student to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Admission is based on merit and availability of seats.
- Birth Certificate, Aadhar Copy, and Transfer Certificate (if applicable) must be submitted.
- Students leaving mid-term must pay the full term fee.
- Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearing all dues and will take a minimum of 15 days to process.
- Transfer Certificates must be collected by parents in person.
B) Fees
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Fees must be paid at the beginning of each term, before the 10th of the month.
- A fine of ₹10 per day will be charged for late payments from the 11th to the 15th.
C) Attendance & Leave Regulations
- Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance unless unavoidable circumstances occur.
- Leave applications must include the student’s name, class & section, reason, dates requested, and parent or guardian signature.
- Students absent without approved leave must obtain permission from the Principal to rejoin classes.
- Absence for more than 10 consecutive days without information will result in removal from the rolls.
- Students must reach school before the gate closes; latecomers require a written note from the Principal.
- Attendance is marked 5 minutes after each session begins; students not present will be marked absent.
D) Examinations & Assessments
- Terminal examinations and cycle tests are compulsory for all students.
- No re-test or re-exam will be conducted for absentees unless approved by the school.
- Students involved in malpractice will be dismissed from the examination and face disciplinary action.
- Progress reports must be signed by parents and returned within three days.
- Promotion is strictly based on academic performance; no concessions will be granted.
